This website is owned and managed by RLC in favor of the condominium corporation. The condominium corporation and RLC reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to change, modify, add to, or otherwise alter these Terms of Use at any time. Such changes, modifications, additions and/or alterations shall become effective immediately upon posting, so please review these Terms of Use periodically. Your continued use of this website following the posting of the changes, modifications, additions and/or alterations will constitute your acceptance of the Terms of Use (including the Privacy Statement).

Authorized Use

RLC provides this website solely to permit you to determine the status of your transactions with the condominium corporation. The website is for your personal and non-commercial use; thus, in accessing and using this website and the services, you agree and acknowledge that you will use the website and the services only to make legitimate transactions for you or for another person for whom you are duly authorized to act in accordance to this Terms of Use and existing laws and implementing rules; thus, all transactions or requests made shall be presumed to be valid and binding on you or the person you are representing. Unless you are specifically authorized otherwise by RLC and/or the condominium corporation, you are permitted to use this website only for the following personal and non-commercial purposes: (1) viewing the website; (2) making legitimate transactions regarding your property; (3) transferring to other websites though links provided on this website; and (5) making use of other features and facilities that may be provided on the website.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold RLC and its affiliates as well as the condominium corporation, their officers, employees, agents and licensors free and harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party due to, arising out of or in connection with your use of this website and its contents, your connection to this website, your breach of any of the provisions of this Terms of Use, or your violation of any right of any other user of this website.

Termination

The condominium corporation and/or RLC may, in its/their sole discretion, without prior notice and without incurring any liability to you, terminate or limit your access to this website for any justifiable cause, including but not limited to: (1) your breach or violation of these Terms of Use, or other incorporated agreements or guidelines; (2) upon the request of any law enforcement or government agency; (3) discontinuance or any material modification to this website or any part thereof; (4) extended periods of inactivity; and (5) your engagement in fraudulent, illegal or prohibited activities.

Non-Waiver

No failure by the condominium corporation and/or RLC to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use shall constitute a waiver of such right or provision, nor will any waiver be deemed a waiver of any other right or provision at that time or at any other time.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use and the relationship between the parties shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, particularly Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Any and all claims, causes of action, or disputes relating or pursuant to, arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use shall be brought exclusively before the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Through the access or use of this website, you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of Philippine courts and hereby waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over the parties by such courts and to venue in such courts on any ground. However, nothing shall preclude the condominium corporation and RLC from seeking injunctive relief (or any other provisional remedy) from any court having jurisdiction over you or taking proceedings against you in any other court of competent jurisdiction.

Destruction of Information

Should you disagree with this Privacy Policy and would like to deactivate or disable your account in this platform, you may opt to delete your account in the settings page of the platform. If you are unable to do so, please contact us to have it addressed. Once the account is closed, we shall securely dispose all Information about you on the platform. Some information may remain in backup copies and logs for up to 30 days but shall not be used for any purpose other than legally required. Accounts which are inactive for more than 3 years shall be deactivated, and 3 years thereafter shall be closed.
