In line with the implementation of the Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ), the following guidelines shall be observed within our premises effective May 16, 2020: Stay at Home •Everyone is encourage to still strictly stay at home and to leave only when buying your essentials. Please follow health and safety protocols. Always wear a face mask. Deliveries •All deliveries shall remain outside the lobby only. Residents are to pick up the items from the designated delivery area. Move-in and Guests •No move-in and guests shall be allowed. This will be effective until one (1) month after lifting of MECQ or until further notice. •Health Declaration and or Medical Certificate will be requested from residents and or tenants returning to our property or had been locked down from other cities. Amenities • All amenities shall remain temporarily closed until further notice. • Open space for jogging, walking, and the likes will remain open but all are required to observe social distancing protocols. Only limited persons will be allowed at a time. Names should be logged to the guard on duty. This will be used as reference for potential contact tracing. Unit Renovation/Repair • All unit repairs and renovation shall remain suspended. This will only be allowed one (1) month after lifting of the MECQ or until further notice. This includes installation and repair of internet, cable, etc. However, if the requirement is urgent, said repair may be allowed subject to the Condo Corp policies and health and safety precautionary controls. • Only air conditioning unit cleaning and grease trap cleaning will be allowed but only by Condominium Corporation accredited contractors to limit the ingress and egress of workers as a precautionary measure. Elevators and Lobby • Mandatory wearing of face masks shall be required at all times at these areas. “No face mask, no entry” policy will be strictly enforced. • Mandatory temperature scanning shall continue. • Alcohol and hand sanitizer are be made available in the Lobby, elevators and common restrooms • Foot disinfectant mats will still be placed in all entrances • Markings inside the elevator are provided to ensure social distancing. • Loitering are not allowed. Administrative Concerns • Payment of Condominium Dues and utilities is strongly encouraged thru online payment facilities (GCash, Bank Deposit, Auto Debit Arrangement, online payment thru iPay88 and others) • Gate pass can be secured via email. However, the form are available at the Reception Area. Once filled out, please submit to the Receptionist or Guard-on-duty. Building Maintenance • Preventive Maintenance of Equipment (elevator, genset, aircon, STP) shall be schedule and subject to all precautionary requirements and protocols • CAPEX projects which will have immediate effect to the property and its residents will also be allowed. These projects are as follows: Roof deck water proofing, Building façade repainting and waterproofing, Window cleaning All workers will be required to fill out a health declaration form, submit updated health certificate and subject to the property’s health and safety protocols. One point of entry and exit will be strictly implemented and monitored. Full Disclosure • To safeguard and protect our Community, everyone is required to immediately report to the Property Management Office if you are advised to go on mandatory self-quarantine.
